Offenses Involving Family Violence

Tom Camp has a wealth of experience representing individuals charged with acts of family violence.  He has represented numerous individuals charged with misdemeanors (Assault, Battery, and Criminal Trespass – some of the most common) and felonies (Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, and Terroristic Threats). He has had great success in negotiating favorable resolutions for these individuals and trying cases before juries when necessary. Often individuals charged with criminal offenses under the Family Violence Act also require representation in a divorce action or TPO action that has been filed against them. Tom Camp is uniquely qualified to represent individuals in all of these types of cases, eliminating the need for an individual to hire a different attorney for each.
