Some divorces are relatively simple and some are more complicated. Tom Camp represents individuals in all types of divorce actions. He has experience in representing individuals in high-asset divorce actions and in no-asset divorce actions. In divorces involving children, he has a wealth of experience in preparing parenting plans and child support worksheets and schedules. He has the ability to think “outside the box” and is able to come up with creative ways to resolve cases through settlement and negotiation when that is a viable option. He also has the ability to take a complicated factual and/or financial scenario and effectively present it to a judge or a jury when it becomes necessary to do so. Although he can be an aggressive advocate when the circumstances warrant, he has also resolved hundreds of cases through mediation, which has become an increasingly popular process used to resolve divorces and other types of family law matters.
